Got this wheel and cassette off of marketplace, and noticed this “wobble” when I tested the fitment on my project bike. Is my cassette and/or hub done for? Wheel is true and spins for forever, so makes me think it might just be the cassette. Any info helps!!!

seeing as how only the last few cogs moves like that, probably cross threaded the lockring

Looks like there’s a gap on the locking and last cog. Removes and try line it all up again. Hand tighten until ready to torque down
The freehub body has a bunch of same-size splines and troughs and then one narrow spline next to a large trough. All of the gears have a corresponding small trough/wide spline so that they go on in one orientation only. This includes the smallest cog. You’ve clearly lined up the splines on the main cassette grouping and the penultimate cog but I think you haven’t lined them up correctly on the last cog.
