While riding today my bike randomly shifted without any input. It then threw the jockey wheels and derailleur arm into my chainstay. Bike only has 474 miles and will now not shift. What do you think canyons resolution to this will be?

We aren’t canyon. Ask them and make a update
I’d imagine something along the lines of “wtf? Haven’t seen this one before. Send it in and we’ll take a look 🤨.”
It’s not really canyons problem that a Shimano part on your bike failed lol
