Quick question before I try this- I lack experience but it might be simple enough for a DIY. That's where you guys Come in!
I'd like to try to raise the handle bar slightly. I can ride this bike as is, but a small adjustment would make things a bit more comfortable for me.
If I order this
Would I be able to insert it into headset to help raise my handlebar, or am I currently maxed out?

You are maxed out. You would need to buy a new fork and have it cut longer to allow for a higher stem. Maybe a 5mm up based on the spacer above but that isn’t a significant change at all.
No expert here but no. To raise the bars that way you’d have to move the stem up the steering post and that would put it over the top of the post. You also can’t move the top spacer down because then the top cap (the small round thing with a bolt on top of the steering tube) wouldn’t be able to push down against the bearings.
One option would be to change out the stem (the part between the steering tube and the handlebars), the part that has the Blendr sticker, for one with a greater angle. Yours is probably 7 degrees and Trek (Bontrager) makes some that are 17 degrees. Trek offers 17 degree stems in 75, 90 105 and 120mm lengths. Beyond that you could either tilt the backs of your bars a bit to raise the brakes or get a different set of bars.
Hopefully, someone will have a better solution.
Google threadless bike stems to see how they’re set up Park Tools has a good video. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPYGv6fMnBw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPYGv6fMnBw)
