I recently picked up this old road frame for a few bucks but have no idea what it is. It’s got Shimano SF dropouts and what looks like pretty nice lugs. There’s a hodgepodge of parts on it currently, including a Specialized Direct Drive headset, old Weinmann brakes, some early 90s Shimano triple crankset and a circa 2007ish Tiagra rear derailer. The serial number is 29A1974 — presumably August 29, 1974? Some kind of Japanese frame? Or a Panasonic-made Schwinn? No idea. Thanks in advance for the help.
