This video shows the difference when you get pulled over by the police in USA vs Finland after a police chase in helsinki. (poliisi)

  1. Heh. US here. This depends on the area. When my mom brought home her new Benelli m4, the neighbor wanted to look at it to see if he wanted one too. While they were chatting and handling it a cop drove by. He also wanted to look at it to see if he wanted to buy one. Half an hour later they had made arrangements to go shooting together at the local range and just hang out.

  2. I guess someone is buying into the idea that US cops shoot people for no reason instead of shooting people who are pulled over at 2am and are too stupid to follow simple instructions or who suddenly decide to grab something from a hidden location or who try to flee or fight with the officer.

  3. A lot of the Upper Midwest is like the Finish cop too but, that could be because a lot of the Upper Midwest are decedents of Finns lol

  4. I'm American and I love watching poliisi videos. In one episode the police drove a drunk guy home and he thanked them. In another episode the police asked a person in a car to drive to the station to get a ticket because "the highway is dangerous" and the person actually did it and they weren't even escorted there.

  5. I live in rural Sweden and a few years ago when I was at the police station to renew my passport an old guy walked in carrying a rifle – apparently it had been his fathers and this guy wanted it destroyed as he didn't have a license for it. This would probably have caused quite a scene if it happened in Stockholm but here they just casually told him that he should at least call ahead before walking into the police station holding a rifle.

  6. Usa police shoots first and ask then if people is innocent, if the people is still alive. Unfortunately, situation is pretty much same today. Unfortunately.
