The funny moment during the ride was when we were going fairly fast down the descent from the biggest hill, feeling good but also thinking that it’d suck to have a mechanical failure right then, and then look ahead to see a group of unicyclists bombing down the hill. Apparently some performing arts school group who were absolutely fearless about their balance just keeping their legs up on the pegs while the pedals spun like crazy!
