Front derailleur FD-R8150 cable doesn’t stay connected, neither will the little plastic thing stay in place

Front derailleur FD-R8150 cable doesn't stay connected, neither will the little plastic thing stay in place. Here a few without the little plastic. The cable looks a bit torn but it was like that already when I removed the plastic bit.
