I’m obsessed with riding this bike. Found a correct front derailleur, and added some salmon pads, different saddle, and a riser stem. Sorry about not switching the pedals but they are too comfy.

How’s it handle?
I have a Bianchi mountain bike from that era and I hope you like the Volpe as much as I’ve liked mine.
I’m going to be honest and say I’m extremely jealous of your Volpe!
