They are nice videos, but this is playing too slow. That's what AI often tends to do. I recommend increasing the speed of videos like this while keeping the audio track the same. At least sometimes, you know, to change things up. Like this video here, it looks much more real at 1.75x to 2.0x speed. So maybe give it a try and edit the video after generating it? Increase the framerate from 30 fps to 50 or 60 fps, and make sure that the playing speed is increased relatively, make sure that no frames are skipped, and then upload? I tested it with this video, it looks really good at 2.0x speed and a doubled framerate of 60 fps.
The sound track can be kept original when it doesn't have to be in sync like in this video, the sound clip would only become a little shorter when the video is played faster, that's no big deal in a short clip like this.
And please don't play it backwards, that's a disturbance. You want it to look real, so keep it real. Don't add effects, they are only interrupting. Then you have an amazing short.
