Is this totalled? :(

This is my beloved Canyon Aeroad Ultimate CF F10 from maybe 2013.

The head has come off the integrated seat post bolt and it will not drill out (it's bit more of a mess now as we've had a proper good go at drilling it). Without a gap in the top of the seat post I don't think replacing it with a simple clamp at the top of the seat post would actually work as there would be no squeezing force from tigthening without a gap?

If anyone has an alternative magic retro fit solution I'm all ears!! Thanks!
