guessing the difference is when you kind of a technical climb on this you’re spinning slowly you’re looking changing going can you do the same on that let’s have a little feel so for me I think the key difference is you need a lot more momentum when it comes to the SX versus the CX nice ultimately they do the job

  1. A lot of money , to climb a little hill. If you re in a high elevation area , they allow more climbs and laps.
This guy is breathing hard on an assist bike. I rest my case.

  2. Do not buy a SX ! I did an experiment limit my Cx to 55nm and did 34miles 5900ft up and down a mountain, you expect as a good cyclist to be able to power pedal but thats not how ebikes work you cant a weaker motor is forever weak and on the only climbs ther was no way you can do on muscle i had to push unlike with full power, with 55nm you forfeit the n01 feature of emtbs and are left with only a lessening of physical strain on rides you already could do on legs, mught be interesting for elderly but absolutely not for a fit cyclist, do like me buy a full power and nerf eco tour and emtb to 55nm but leave turbo to 85 100nm with -2 dynamic response to prevent wheeling ifreeriding up 25% slopes which i do on a regular basis in the alps, i also just did a cat1 road climb and added +1 pedal assist on tour+ as with reduced torque 55nm both modes felt the same

  3. If you guys think that’s a slope much less an incline, then I’m Mickey Mouse. I can damn near crawl a wall on my bike, without momentum. Talk about running out of shit to post about.

  4. I have the Whyte with the SX and did a 33 mile ride yesterday with a group of full fat bikes.
My legs were spinning for fun whilst they relied on torque to pull them up.
On the long climbs I was left behind but on the descents I left them for dead.
    Horses for courses.
