Looking to purchase a new e-mountain bike in CA. Mostly cross country riding with some moderate downhill from time to time. Something with good range ideally. I'm an experienced rider (10+ years). This will be my first E-mtn bike. Targeting somewhere around 4-7k USD price range, although willing to go a bit higher for a super premium bike. I was looking at the LUNA extreme enduro x2.5 but it's been out of stock for awhile and their customer service seems non existent. https://lunacycle.com/x2-5-extreme-enduro-60v-ebike/?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22851037132&gbraid=0AAAAADxwwMmXOx_Fe9Ch-6z424FW2c_tX&gclid=CjwKCAjwtfvEBhAmEiwA-DsKjjjrprk0zwtsPGiIdw3bACwm26t-WOsy40r9RgN4XypLP4VxXS_eVxoC2D0QAvD_BwE
Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!

enduro is pretty much hardcore DH except you pedal up to the top instead of taking a lift or shuttling. a super premium bike is more like $14k. $4k is budget/used territory. there is no “best” bike. There’s the one you can afford that meets your needs and you like it. Find some in your budget range and test ride them. Buy the one you like the most. Personally, in that price range, I’d get an Ibis Oso.
If I was in the market for an e-bike I would probably look at the Amflow, the DJI looks pretty promising.
Im no professional biker, only getting into the sport myself. But I have a Bulls Copperhead Evo HD that has the 750 smart system from Bosch. Range is incredible and the power is more than any person needs. It’s XC and only about $2700.
For good customer service, see which brands are stocked at physical bike shops near you, you can’t beat having an authorised service centre will well trained techs and the right diagnostic tools locally. No well reputed bike brands make bad mountain bikes these day, they just have slightly different priorities (typically in terms of generosity of warranty, number of physical stores or dealers that can help you out, quality of post purchase support and parts supply etc) that manifest in equivalent spec bikes costing a few hundred dollars more or less. You may feel like you’re getting a ‘worse’ deal than a less well established brand like the bike you linked to, but having a shop in town that can work on your ebike system and has all the parts supply etc is more than worth it vs a nicer fork or a carbon frame instead of aluminium.
Levo, Trek Rail are two I own and have had good support form both companies. You WILL WANT support. Everyone is all excited about AMFlow but no one has one yet so it’s a unicorn or vaporware.
The 800wh battery on the Trek Rail is nice, the Levo is slightly lighter but honestly does not matter unless I’m putting it in the rack. Giant makes a good bike also and their product was bulletprroof for my friend.
I would not go with a throttle, buy a bike from a bike company.
Here’s my ride and review of the Rail 5 [https://youtu.be/VIDLFnuhhRg?si=FIosl2VglQ2igoc6](https://youtu.be/VIDLFnuhhRg?si=FIosl2VglQ2igoc6)
