So this is how my Bar Tape Looks after ~400km… is the Standard Canyon Tape that bad or was it assembled incorrectly? Not sure if I want to buy the same tape again, any recommendations?

Mine fell off pretty fast aswell. Within the first couple of months.
Mine holds up great, even after nearly two years. i even retaped it after changing the levers.
Similar case here, but it just started to get lose. Not as bad as your picture yet. 8 months of use.
