Need a brake adapter for Manitou Dorado 2002 fork, to post mount caliper. Can’t find one anywhere online.

It’s a flat mount with a spacing of 51mm between bolts. I tried modifying a flat mount meant for modern road bikes and it just wouldn’t fit quite right. I went to the LBS and they said they haven’t seen one of those adapter.
When I bought the fork there was a 51mm to IS adapter, and it’s been so difficult to find an adapter that will fit Post mount that I even considered finding an IS caliper but those are all mechanical and I need hydraulic.
