Shimano Ultegra brakes, shifters, cassette and crank. All new brakes and cables.
Ride-time cycling computer
New Specialized 700x26c tires
Everything in good working condition.

It’s an alright deal on something that could get you started with road riding for the money, not amazing. Main thing that would turn me off is that painted frames like this with no decals just make the bike look like it was stolen. Have you checked the sort of frame sizes you’re looking for on road bikes?
