The main issue with moving around in cities isn’t the stuff that comes out of car exhausts; it’s the fact that cars take up so much space. They need space to drive and park. To make it simple, pictures can show this better than a thousand words.

I have yet to see one Reddit sub who can enjoy their interest without dunking on others who do something different. Furthermore these common memes are based on the notion that personal space is not important. Sure if you see humans as meat sacks, the most efficient way to transport them is crammed together in a single box, this isn’t some genius realisation. But there is more to transport planning that saying “what if everyone just took the bus or rode a bike?”
