Just had a little crash on my new bike😢 I was wondering if some of you had experience with some Touch-up paint for the shimano ultegra r8150 groupset? I can only find the colour for the r8100 groupset. Is that the same colour?

I say embrace it. It’s still a beautiful bike.
Embrace it. Nothing is uglier than a bike that doesn’t look ridden.
The colour is the same.
But, considering that all the lever and hood surfaces are constantly touched, I think any touch ups will wear off pretty fast.

Legend Wheels sell touch up paint for Shimano components. I’ve used it for similar damage on one of my levers and rear derailleur. It’s not perfect and is visible when looking closely but I’d recommended it.
GCN did a video on this a few months ago.
Nothing to touch up. Wear it with honor. It’ll look worse with paint

I think that’s beyond touch up. it needs sanding and some parts just straight up need replaced to fix appearance.

It works quite well – almost a fit. You can only see the difference when looking at a distance of less then 20 cm or so, otherwise not possible to distinguish.
