Hey, I’m a total beginner where it comes to fixing your own bike but I want to get into it. I just fixed my first puncture but now I can’t seem to get the tire to fit correctly on the rim. It always falls back into the middle of the rim instead of sitting on the inner edge. Haven’t found a YouTube tutorial that tackles this problem. It’s a gravel bike tire if that’s makes any difference.

inflate it, it should seat properly inflated
Just inflate it to the max pressure, even more if needed. If it isn’t seated even then, use some soapy water.
The thing you want to search for on youtube is “seat bike tire”.
Could be that the inner is slightly trapped under the tyre bead (bead: the cable that’s inside the tire and holds it in place). This could be why inflating doesn’t solve it. Best solution is to take tyre off and put it on again.
