Depending on when you plan to do it (whether it’s still tourist season in Croatia and/or hellish hot), go and see Istra and ride Parenzana, ride back over Učka mountain, don’t miss Velebit (Dabarska cesta and Majstorska cesta), think about Korčula and Pelješac (look up the Dingač tunnel) and the road to Žuljana beach after it.
