Forgive me if this is obvious, but I just bought the OneUp EDC tool and 70cc pump. I have the tool stored inside the pump and the pump attached to my bike's frame. I have read another post about this set up rattling on rough trails. The kit came with an "anti rattle washer" (#10 in this screenshot). How do you use this? Where does it go? The only thing I can think is it slides all the way to the bottom of the pump and then the tool seats into it.
