EDIT: I realize what the issue was with regards to the front carrier block being loose. That issue is fixed however I would still replace this screw if I can figure out what specs are as it is still stripping and doesn’t have much life left in it.
~~My front carrier block is loose. I tried to tighten the screw pictured here but it’s begun to strip. I can figure out removing the screw, but I haven’t been able to find out the specs on this screw and what to replace it with.
I know I’ll likely need to tighten up the screws on the inside as well.~~

The front screw only holds on the bag clip that’s all, if it’s started to strip you may need a new carrier block as it screws only into the plastic so the threads tear out very easily.

Has it been loose for long? You might be better off getting a whole new block with new bolts. They could have been weakened with the block being loose. Broken bolts in the frame are a PITA to deal with. Also those bolts come with threadlocker to prevent them coming loose so it might come loose again if you didn’t add more (over torquing is also a big no no).
