  1. I will try to use that method tomorrow. I'm 5'7" and 19 years old now. At 18, I grew 1 cm, like you, but for some reason, I feel like I've gotten a little taller since then.
Now that I'm 19, I'm going to the gym for my back and leg muscles. I'm currently 5'7". Later, around September or December, I'll update you on my results.
My mother is 5'5", while my father is 5'6". My uncle was a late bloomer and is around 6'0", and my grandfather is also 6'0". I look a lot like my uncle and have a personality similar to my grandfather's. I was wondering if I got my height from my father or if I take after my uncles. In any case, at 19, I've already surpassed my parents' height.

  2. I was just discussing with my little brother yesterday about him being taller than me and this video pops up ๐Ÿ˜ฎTell me that is not weird ๐Ÿค”.Now I've got a video to show him about our conversation yesterday. I was assuming that my little brother going to the Bay area might be the trick to growing taller. I better start taking trips to the Bay area more often. ๐Ÿ˜

  3. You don't want crazy height above 6'6 trust me guys the blood in your heart past that height will take longer to reach your organs which means your life expectancy is way lower and the risk of organ failure is very likely
