Estimated 875 kCal burned puts into perspective how much (or actually how little) exercise has to do with weight loss. One chocolate bar and effect of 2,5h bike ride erased. I’ve lost 50kg through diet and running/cycling, yet it still sometimes amazes me how exercise is overrated there.

What app are you using to record rides?
I’m about your age and size and my Suunto hr watch gives me much higher burnt calories. For example a shorter, bit under 40km ride was about 2200kcal,@ 130 average Hr.
