Just take a channel lock/ or good pliers and bend away.
I use parallel pliers and a metal tire lever as a guide.
I just don’t bend it back unless its affecting the ride or the tubeless setup, and I’m prepared to replace it if it breaks. I use a small crescent wrench with rubber on either side and try to only bend it once.
