I’m just a beginner trying to start cycling and I found this bike but I don’t know what year it is so I can’t find the exact price online, their description is: Specialized Secteur Road Bike Excellent condition, like new, 20 speed, aluminum frame, Carbon forks, Shimano105. 6 Presta valve tubes included Excellent condition, like new, 20 speed, aluminum frame, Carbon forks, Shimano105. 6 Presta valve tubes included

If say that’s pretty overpriced. If I could hassle them down to 450 or 400 I’d say that’s a pretty solid deal and bike.
That is a very decent starter bike. Any bike with 205 components is not the very lowest spec so a good indicator that it is decent. Price really depends on how much it has been ridden and maintained. If it is pristine, 100% ready to ride I might go as high as $500. Reduce from there if anything need to be replaced.
Keep in mind that fit is the most important factor. Ask the height of the current rider to give you an idea. But you really need to do a test ride to make sure.
Is that rust on the chain? I’m talking about the section that has the cassette behind it.
My local market would have this at 500 ish.
400-500, but the cost to repair, replace parts will make it not worth it
