



I don’t know what everyone is moaning about because my experience with Canyon US customer service has been STELLAR. The word moaning is probably a little strong—because if you have a shitty customer service experience with an expensive purchase, yeah that sucks. But, from my experience, Canyon US customer service exceeded expectations, and EVERYONE who assisted me was awesome. (Let me name names: Cris, in the showroom; on the phone—Luisa, Sofia, Lindy, Marcela, Diego—you all were awesome, thank you!) So, if you’ve had issues—what’s really issue?
Note: the Canyon chat feature was zero effective for me. But any telephone interaction with a live person, was super responsive. They went above-and-beyond to be helpful. Always professional, personable, eager to assist. And effective!
