I have bought a set of Schwalbe G One RS Pro 45’s for an upcoming week of gravel riding. I have set them up tubeless, running 2.5 bar front and rear. I weigh about 85kg, so it seems an appropriate pressure. Tire is seated neatly on the bead all around the rim.
On my test ride there was an extreme wobble, especially on the rear wheel. I have never felt anything like it on road/mtb/gravel tires. The entire rear of the bike seems to be moving in a sine wave pattern.
When deflating the tires they behave very strange, folding up as if a vacuum has formed inside. The front one even pops off the bead.
Could this be a manufacturing defect? Or is there an obvious solution?

take it off and reseat it. what else can be done? this time do a test ride before you put in the sealant just in case you need to reseat it. it takes practice.
Yeah that’s not right. When it’s seated and inflated, does it seem wobbly when you spin it in the stand? Maybe there’s some manufacturing issue with the sidewall
