It’s worth 2 wooden nickels. Seriously run from this. Canyon CF indicates carbon fiber, but that is a metal frame. Ultegra brifter with mismatched groupset. You found a Frankenbike. Someone assembled bits and attempted to make it look like a canyon ultimate using stickers…would not be surprised if this bikes components are 15 years old or more

I would guess Canyon F10 Ultimate CF 5.0 from 2007.

Canyon Ultimate CF from around 2007 to 2010 ( I own a Canyon Ultimate AL from the same period,)
Groupset is Ultegra 6600 10 speed from the same era with FSA cranks, probably original equipment.
Value: it is at least a 15 year old bike, so a lot depends on condition and your local market. .
