You probably think of Amsterdam when you think of bikable cities in Europe, but I bet you don’t think of this one in the Balkans. It’s in the north of Albania. It’s called Schoer. This city actually had ambassadors from the Netherlands in the early 1900s, which is why it feels a little bit like a slice of Amsterdam in the Balkans. Northern Albania is really beautiful. you should visit and try riding a bicycle in Scodra.
