I took my first long-ish ride out with the new bike and completely forgot to log it using the Brompton app. Part of this is because I have yet to fit my phone holder but also because I’m forgetful. lol Can I somehow feed the data between the two apps?

As far as I’m aware there isn’t a way.
The Brompton app will tell you how much mileage you’ve used like an odometer. And will tell you how much charge you have in your battery and allow you to swipe and change the level of power. That’s all mine can do. No specific ride data that I know of
I use the Apple Outdoor cycle Exercise on my ultra 2 watch for outdoor rides to track fitness data when I ride, and if I forget the watch, remind me a few blocks down the road and ask if I want to start a ride … I used to use Strava But decided I wanted more granular fitness detail around heart rate zones so No longer use it; love the way the Apple Watch will remind me if I forgotten to turn on the ride tracking, or if I’ve paused it if I want to resume.
I just select bicycle ride on the fitness app. Is there much of a difference?
