Was replacing my chain and noticed this… seems like I lost a tooth? But bike seems to be working just fine.
Is this bad/not rideable?
Should I look for the tooth and put it under my pillow and hope the bike fairy leaves me a new one?

I’d just ride that until the pulleys are worn enough to need replacement.
If it bothers you, replacements are cheap and its easy to do
Probably time to upgrade to a new bike.
Not a big deal, but I would check your B screw adjustment to make sure that the pulley isn’t impacting your largest cog.
If you want to do it then it’s not a hard job. I replaced pully wheels and it takes about 10mins including taking the wheel and chain off! I think they cost around $10 for a set.
