Look at the real town centre and it's a dump, beggars in so many locations, rubbish everywhere, shops closed, broken/vandalised shop windows, homeless bedding in shop doorways. A better experience would be to visit, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Colchester or Bury St Edmunds.
