I just mounted up these tires. They measure 2.05 on the initial install. Coming from WTB Sendero in 47mm.
I am ready to put some miles on these, the roads I ride are pretty chunky.

Inner rim width?
I don’t own a gravel bike, are the tires typically this knobby? Or is this an aggressive tire?

Good to know that the frame fits up to a 2.1. I have the helix GR variant and they advertise 700x45c as the max.
