Needed 55mm or larger fenders and have some plastic ones in the parts bin from a 26" breezer 8. Also have 55mm tires to shape once heated. I over heated once and it krinkled whatever is used as a metallic surface under the plastic, but I'm painting them anyway so doesn't matter that much.
Kinda really stoked that this is working. I have one more set of these I might use on another 700c build.

How hot did you make it for about how long? Did you have to use gloves? Did it shape easily along the tire? What did you learn as a tip for people doing it for the first time?
