general classification after yesterday’s stage. So she is riding herself well inside the top 10. You can see here Demi Voling just stretching out the back here as Paulina Royakas just decides to increase the tempo a little bit. Evvita Musique the teammate of Demi following just pulling off of the side now. So it is just down to these leaders now. They don’t have anyone else to drive the pace in this group. You can’t see the eyes of Pauline from Bravo through those glasses, but you can bet it’s that steely eyed focus from the French rider here. 1 minute and 15 seconds is the gap to the chaser Sarah Jagante. You can see the rainbow bands on the cuffs of her jersey. She is the only rider in history, male or female, ever to hold the world cyclacross world mountain bike and world road titles together in the same year. Sad dream cabal in the pink of EF Education. Oatley attacking from that group behind Vodic having to dig in now on the back. So the we are having as well an almighty shakeup in the general classification here in the tour to France fam having swift and now Pauline for provo at the head of the race is searching she will just be ticking it off and looking for that flam rouge to come just ahead of her Sarah Jagante through two kilometers to go 400 m ahead of her on the climb is Pauline Feron Provo [Music] You can hear the radios. She goes past the fans of the Brazilian Totto Magay Cabal driving this group on behind the big favorites for this year’s Tour to France. Fam, as Danny said, no teammates left. It’s a straight shootout between the big stars of this race, Cassie and Nivia Doma. Last year’s winner Dame Vering the 2023 winner Pina Royaka’s last year’s third place Kabal former white jersey wearer in this race and you’ve got to say a massive performance as well from our other Polish rider in this group Dominic the former Polish champion on the back of the group looking now for that flam Rouge across the road for Pauline from Pvau. Nobody knew what to expect really from her. And you’ve got to say in the way she’s ridden this race, so cool, so calm, a lesson in where how to save energy and where not to waste energy. She has not um stepped out. She’s just had the 100% focus on this. She hasn’t got involved where she didn’t need to. No, there were a couple of times where we were asking a few questions. You know there was the surprise when there were some gaps on some descent to Pauline Van Provo. Of course she is one of the best mountain bikers in the history of our sport. So there were some questions that were raised then in terms of why was she being dropped on such descent. You could see her now just taking a look down the mountain seeing the damage that she has done to this queen stage of the tour to France fam of Xswift. But as you say, Marty, she really hasn’t put a foot wrong so far this race. And wow, she’s obviously in the form of her life. You saw the fans painted in PFP. There’s been a lot of signs out there today for this rider and the anticipation on what she could do. We’ve still got one kilometer to go, Danny. And it’s it’s for this this ride from one of the greatest champions in the sport. And and this is as you said this has been something special. Can you sum it up? Can you find the words to sum up this ride? I think we can just say this is history being made. This is really history in our sport in French cycling and of course you know for the career of Pauline Faram Pavo. There’s not many things that she hasn’t done on a bike. Winning the tour to France fam Zift is one of them. But it looks like she’s well on her way to achieving that. And don’t forget this is not done today. We have a big stage ahead of us tomorrow. But this is a commanding performance here from Pauline Feron Pavo who has been roared up this climb on a wave of noise from the fans today um who have come out in force. They want they were they were looking towards the ride. They wanted this performance from Pauline from Bravo and you’ve got to say she is delivering and again behind. You’ve got to say what a ride from Sarah Jagante, the young Australian. I say that 24 years old Sarah Jagante coming out of the Jirro Dealia, a rider that has faced so many knocks over the years and come back and come back stronger. And we’re starting to see here, Danny, in the face of Paulo, the emotion you can see here from Pauline. It does. It looks like she’s really realizing exactly what she’s achieving here on this iconic climb. You start to see some of the emotion coming into the eyes of Pauline Faram Provo. The luckiest number in cycling. Number 51. Pauline for Provo. One of the greatest riders in the history of cycling. Asia said, the only rider ever to hold the world cyclacross mountain bike and road titles together. She went away from road cycling, raced her mountain bike, the crowning glory of that last year in front of a home crowd in Paris celebrating that mountain bike career with a gold medal in the Olympic Games. She said after that that she was coming back to the road and with Vizma Lisa bike to try and win the tour to France fam within a couple of seasons. She took the Paribu Bay classic earlier on in the season and we came into this tour to France waiting with anticipation for this ride. The comeback queen, the queen stage here of the tour to France fan, Alex Swift. And France has waited since 1985 for a tour to France winner. And Pauline Feron Provo is riding herself to the top of the Cold Dea Madan. And with it is going to come the Mayoord. France has another queen. And the queen stage, the queen of the tour to France, famic swift is Pauline Feron Provo. France will be smiling tonight as they set up for a potential tour of France fan stage win. And what a commanding position she is going to be in as we head to a big stage tomorrow. If there was any ever doubt that she could come back to the top in this level, that has all now been thrown out of the window. What a ride. What an incredible performance from Pauline Pan Pavo. One of the most dominant displays of climbing strength that we’ve seen in recent years. And here Sarah Gigante battling with every watt that she has, trying to extend the gap to her GC rivals from behind. She is riding herself onto the general classification of this tour to France fam swift. Demi Volering from the group behind Damy Volering attacking Dominic Vichek Sadring Cabau Vering with FDJ Seers. They have invested so much in this to France fam and Volering now attacking at the top of the climb to try and take some time out of her rivals. It is Sarah Jagante who comes up here for second place. In Italian, it means giant. And this has been another giant performance from Sarah Jagante today. She has gone toeto-toe with one of the greatest riders in the history of women’s cycling in Pauline Faron Provo. And the tidy but mighty Aussie comes to the summit and rides herself into second place on the stage to the top of the Cold Matter lane. and knee Fisher Black. She put adversity behind her today. The New Zealander looking to try and go after the stage win, but this has been an exceptional performance from Ne Fisher Black from Lead Trek as she crosses the line in third spot. It’s been an incredible performance as you say. We thought at one point she could go for that stage win, but with this really great performance, she’s also riding herself right back into contention on the general classification. Pauline from Bravo absolutely exhausted as you would uh you could understand after that climb, after that bride.

Queen Pauline just won the TDFF! 👏
Can't wait to hear what the analysts have to say, is Vollering & FDJ Suez making the worst strategic decisions ever? How'd they all let a rider w/the skillset of PFP get that far out in front?
From MTB dominance to TDF win. Badass!
Women cycling is getting better every year. 🎉
PFP is coming from another planet. She raced on 1hr races in MTB for 10yrs, she comes back to road racing and wins TDF? 😮she’s either a super human or the level of women cycling at this tour is ridiculously low
Vollering and the Polish champion are well behind. This one is a great Tour, and we didn’t know the years ago.
Wow! PFP!!
Doping must be the winner again!
Don't know about "thriller" … But maybe I just expected too much from today's stage.
Great race but very disappointing support on the final climb.
Awesome stage, great Tour. The unpredictability in GC, and the fact that there will be a fourth different TdF winner in four years is just chef's kiss
Pauline is the best.. don't try to play with her . She said :" i do it in 3 years" not today ! Legend is ❤❤❤🇨🇵
Lady Pauline administered a Pog level of punishment today. Phenomenal!
WHY CANT U UPLOAD THE RACE HIGHLIGHTS BEFORE THE RACE FINISH FFS!!!!!!
She rode that like a seasoned pro fair play to her
Typical English. Just can't get over losing the 100-Years-Wars, can you. Why do anything good to help the French winner? What would it have cost to see her teammate come home?
These highlights are terrible. TNT you should be ashamed. The TdF Femmes deserves better.
Bravo Pauline. You are The GOAT !
Faut pas laisser partir paupau Après faut être capable de l'empêcher
PFP trained for extended periods in high altitude. This kind of preparation cooks down to doping for it changes the metabolism. The only difference is you have to be able to afford it (time and expenses), and the effect is not induced by a chemical.
