Hi everyone. I am servicing a carbon fiber road bike and the frame has some wear where the rear wheel axle seats. This is on the drive side. I am thinking of filling it with some K2 Mega Bond or similar product. The owner is using a 0,5mm metal washer between the axle and the frame in order to fill up that space and have the wheel lined up correctly.
Do you think this epoxy putty repair is a good option? I also considered keeping it as is, but it will eventually develop into a bigger gap and bigger issue.
Thank you very much for your advice beforehand.

This is clearly the incorrect derailleur hanger – there shouldn’t be space between the hanger and frame. Looks like OP has tried to fill it with expanding foam to fill the gap? And the hanger obviously protrudes too far past the frame.
You should source the correct derailleur hanger, and otherwise refuse to try to fix this bodge. This isn’t a safe setup.
