Hi,
Just got my Endurance CF7 and when I was about to install the cockpit I realized the whole headset was loose straight out of the box and I’m not able to fit the cockpit or the spaces? Is it a wrongly produced model or anything I can fix myself?

Push the fork up.
There shouldn’t be a gap and i would contact Canyon just to let them know. Shouldn’t be hard to fix and your local shop can do it quickly likely for free if you contact Canyon
Loosen stem bolts, loosen expander plug from the top of the cockpit, then push everything back together.
