It’s a thru axle what could be causing this. I assume it’s not normal cause it makes the wheel touch the frame when making turns and it’s visibly not in the center of my frame.

Time to change the bearings.
I think i figured something out the nuts on the axle were lose but tightening them made the wheel unable to move on the axle I removed the axle and found a damaged spacer or seal (picture). What’s it called and can it be replaced? The bearings seem fine
