    Can anyone identify a bike similar to this one?

      It’s a scifi bike essentially, combining features of different types of bikes. You cannot buy it, but you might be able to make something similar, even if the result might not be super practical to ride.

      Shape of frame and small tires resemble a folding bike like a Brompton, but the frame and the fork looks like they have full suspension, like an MTB. Handlebars and seatpost on the other hand look like ones from an aero road bike. Disc wheels are track or bike polo stuff. Finally there’s the fenders or fairing on the wheels that is stylized as a part of the frame. Some cruiser bikes of old might have had a similar idea.

      Nothing going to be an exact copy of that but its a sort of mini velo / folding bike variation. With drop bar.

      That’s a 20 lvl dnd character with few multi classes picked.. lol.

      Front looks like linkage suspension fork, roadie handlebars, rear suspension like in some of the chinese fold bikes.. also it’s folding..

      Looks like a Moulton suspension setup. Of course the Moulton Space Frame looks kind of futuristic in its own.

      I think the carbon minivelo category is the closest. Besides the wheel size, some time trial or triathlon bikes also look tech-y like that.

      Look like an old Cannondale Raven or y frame
      Mountain bike. With a P-bone fork or lefty
