visible to her right hand side just how much of a distance she has on everybody else. She comes up now Pauling from Bravo the red kite. One kilometer to go. Look at the way she is still riding. The fans cheer in awe. They marvel at this wonderful performance from Pauline Fen Provo. The Olympic mountain bike champion a year on leaves the mountain bike behind comes to the road her first year back in the professional road pelaton. This has been a process that she’s wanted to work towards within three years. And on her debut here at the tour to France fam, she’s going to win a stage. She’s going to win the queen stage and ride herself into the yellow jersey on the penultimate day. This is the most incredible ride. This rider knew that this was the day and she has done everything that’s been asked of her by this Visma Lisa bike team. She signed for three years to try and win the tour to France Fam Mavic Zift. She’s about to stamp a massive possibility on taking this win tomorrow in Chhatel. Pauline Fran Provo is in the barriers. Not so many fans at this point on the road because they’re all waiting at the finish line. They’ve cheered her all the way to this top of this mountain. 650 meters to go. Jagante now reaches 1 kilometer from the line. What a job by Sar Jagante today. We knew she was capable of it. It was a matter of what could the team do? When was she going to make her mark? And Jagante is going to ride herself into a podium position. into her territory. 500 meters to go. She kicks her way now to that little board that tells her she’s only got a short period of pain to go until she can just take in the glory of a stage victory. But this is not any stage victory. This is a mammoth stage victory. Right now the whole of France are on their feet cheering this great champion to the top of this mountain. 400 m of pain to go for Pauline Fan Provo. Behind are on the road Jaganti at 133. Nia Dama Finey with Dame Volering at 319. They are completely smashed by the might of Paul and Fran Provo. Volering decides to attack yet again on this mountain to try and close the gap. Pan Provo now can see the finish line. Volering wants to try and crack Nuvia Finny at this point because it’s only a handful of seconds between these two riders. Between them it was 1 second and so right now they’re battling and jeweling but this rider has jeweled to the top of the Cold Demolin. Here she comes now Pauline from Provo. French fireworks on the mad lane. The queen stage is going to be won by the queen of French cycling. She now gets herself ready to celebrate. It’s a priceless performance by Pauline. We crown the stage winner and the yellow jersey of the tour to France famic. What a performance by Pauline Fran Provo. Absolutely exceptional. A performance for the ages. 10 years after her last Grand Tour stage victory that came in the Giratalia. Now she celebrates. The job is done for today. She’s going to be in yellow tonight. Pauline from Provo wins stage eight. Now we wait for the time gaps. You can just see how much that has taken out of her as well. The way that she just holds herself over the bars, but also a realization of what she’s just achieved on this queen stage. Meanwhile, Sarah Jakante. Oh, and she’s cracked her. Finally, doiny can’t follow and Voling has opened up the gap. Volering goes clear now and Vladuk is going to try and secure a high place. Following finally is able to stamp her authority in that group and she goes away. Maybe the yellow jersey is out of sight, but following has taken a big morale hit to cash. Give her a big round of applause. Sara Gigante of AG Insurance Sudal, the young Australian. She was the first rider to put in the big attack further on down the mountain. She went on

What the hell happened to Kim?
Another grand day for France pro cycling.
I love that sport.
Brilliant.
Quality. Tom Pidcock should bow his head and reflect. Champion.
Mountain bike riding gave her the fitness.
Gigante looks like she's nursing an injury. Not the fluid pedal stroke of the previous two days' winner, Squiban.
Pauline is the best cyclist of all time!!! πΈπΌ
