Took a nasty spill earlier and my chain kept coming off when I stopped pedaling. I took the rear wheel off and noticed the cassette was stiff and does not spin freely as it did before. Will it need to be disassembled and re-greased? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That looks about normal to me. Did you already check the derailleur hanger alignment? That’s a much more likely culprit for any shifting problems after a crash.
Have you tried cleaning the pawls inside? It might just sticky or bent pawls.
Shimano freehub? Had the same issue, check my post. In my case the spring wasn‘t aligned with the notch in the hub body. Good luck!
Remove the cassette and clean it and apply good quality grease, maybe any debris contaminated inside
