Can't seem to find anything about this "Brilliant" bicycle.
All that pops up when I try Googling it is a modern brand of bicycles, their website mentions nothing of their history or historical models, and Google lens thinks it's a Crescent. May be British from what little I could find.
Looking at the fixtures and condition I'm guessing it's from the 60s or 70s.

The only logos are the Brilliant ones, like the one visible on the side of the frame and it has “OK2430M” stamped on the seat post.
