Based on price listed and info provided which bike would be a better value? Obviously the Shiv is a lot better bike but for $1000 more is it worth it over the Fuji, and what would you price these bikes at if I were to place an offer?

Both Bikes are 2014 Frames for reference.
What does your professional bike fitter say about what would fit you best?
