It’s an okish price. You’ve got a frame here that will last and you’ll make evolve. I’ve got the Surly Crosscheck (similar frame but cantilever brakes) since 15 years, it doesn’t age. Shimano Tiagra instead of 105 is a bit short spec for the price I find, but that’s an OK transmission. You’ll probably want to change transmission and brake system at one point to get hydraulic brakes, the difference with cable disk brakes is incredible. Overall you’ve bought yourself a good bike for a decent price.
