Riding Copper Triangle 2025 (Colorado) and trying to stop at the famous Red Cliff bridge to take pictures with friends I was crossing the road, trying to unclip my right foot and couldn't. Early in the ride, we all had to step through mud and wet sand/earth which made our cleats get caked up.
Crash is in the final moments of the video: https://photos.app.goo.gl/qECsPY4sU3j1NPVd8
Since this is a 2018 model, what options do I have in regards to working with Canyon directly?
And, a top tube shouldn't break from an impact like that, should it?

Perfectly normal for a top tube to crack from impact situation. It’s meant to take forces from riding not crashing.
Canyon can likely offer you crash replacement pricing. Something like 25-50% off a new bike or frameset
