Just did my first 70.3 on my cannondale synapse road bike and I’m looking to do a full Ironman in April. I was thinking of getting a tri bike if the price was right. I came across this bike. Want to get some thoughts on it before I maybe purchase. I’m 6’3 so finding a used bike my size is hard to come by. They are asking $2200. Is this a good price? Any questions you recommend asking the seller before purchase?

I would always recommend having a session with a local professional bike fitter before buying any tri bike, there’s so much that goes into dialing in a good position that you really can’t judge what sort of size and geometry you’re looking for from just your height.
$2200 is steep.
That bike was *the* triathlon bike twenty years ago. A P3 with Zipp 808s was a very popular setup for Kona.
It is no longer the most aero bike, the wheels are kind of heavy, the tires will be narrow…
The components are 20 year old Campagnolo. Replacement parts are available, but getting hard to find. The Powertap rear wheel will have a Campag freehub (good news: it works up to 12 speed if you want to update, bad news: only Campag cassettes fit). And that Powertap SL hub may or may not be ANT+ compatible. Some were, some were not. They could be updated with G3 internals, but I’m not sure if they even offer that service anymore.
If you know what you’re getting in to, it could be a decent bike, but not at $2200.
