My friend is currently restoring his original GT Pro Performer from childhood and a Dyno frame he picked up a 10 years back and recently had powdercoated and painted.

The white mag wheels are from a GT Pro Freestyle Tour that were very yellowed but he treated them and got the almost 40yr old wheels to their original brightness.
The spoked wheels are original Pro Performer wheels w original hubs. Those still need to be cleaned. They will eventually replace the black mag wheels on the Pro Performer.

I think they look great but man are these things heavy lol!

These will be mostly original but technically will be restomods because some original bits are either impossible to source or are crazy $$$. He did manage to score some old new stock diacomp breaks still in their packaging after 40 years. Everything you see here besides the obvious (brake pads and lines, tires, is circa 1985-87.

What do you guys think? We're just 2 50+ years old dudes having a serious midlife crisis lol.

I’m turning 29. I’m grateful to have score 2 dynos for $100 each this year. 1 Nitro, 1 Dyno Air 🔥🔥 I can’t stop looking at Dyno/Gt lol I’m going to screenshot an add this to my album so I can have new references to go off for my freestyle build lol
