Decent Commuter Bike? Just looking at bikes in my area and came across this one that looks good. I was on a cannondale cruiser before this that sadly got stollen. I only have a 2 mile commute.

Provided it fits you, this is a solid choice. Specialized makes a good bike and stump jumpers are high quality.
The chain and cassette look corroded. The middle chainring is worn, possibly to the point that a new chain will skip. The funky stem riser is a potential safety hazard if not done right, but you won’t know unless you take it apart.
The bizarre seat angle tells me that whoever put this together probably does not know much about bikes. And almost certainly doesn’t ride it. That makes some of the other claims a little suspect.
That said, just about anything will get you two miles and back. I just don’t think this is worth much more than 150 bucks.
