Back to the front. 12 seconds to the group now of Damy Volering. 26 to Vic. 57 to Juliet Laboose. It’s 3.4 km now to go to the finish. And for this chasing group, Cassie Viod and Dam Volering, the energy that they’ve used today in going all in chasing uh the podium here in the tour to France fam. But if we look up the road and we’ll see that yellow jersey now of Pauling for on Bravo. And this is kind of this is where we look at the rider she was on the road. When we look at the rider she was in mountain biking when you get solo like this. This is this is her territory now. Yeah, it looks like I have not much words to to add to what she’s doing. I mean, but tactically she’s ridden this race to perfection with her team around her. She’s been supported from start to finish. She’s been patient. She’s waited tactically absolutely perfect from Pauline who saved everything until the most crucial moments yesterday on the Cilla Madeline and now she’s got nothing to lose. She came into the day stage with a gap of over 2 minutes and 37 seconds to Sarah Jagante. Sarah Jagante has been dropped so she’s she can do this. Demi Volering was 3 minutes and 18 seconds behind Pauline. She’s not going to lose that in 2.7 km. This is incredible stuff from Pauline from Pavo. 2.7 km to go following attacks from the group trying to keep the pressure on here with Ne Fisher Black and Katy at Nia Doma. I know you’re struggling for words here Audrey but being a French rider you had a a magnificent career. you know Pauline as well. You talk, you know, when she announced her comeback, you chatted to her a lot. It, you know, this is such a massive moment for for France, for French cycling, and for the tour to France fam Alex to have its first French winner. Yeah. And yeah, we could have expect that honestly. Um yeah, we were hoping for it so deeply and we were sure that in the in the next three years she could have done it. But doing it the first year and this way I mean she she’s she’s going to finish with more than three minutes on the second one on GC. This is huge. This is not a little gap. This is huge. And if you look at the past years how close were the first and second. Yeah. what she’s doing right now is just outstanding again. There is no no word to describe and you can see on her face how how hard she’s pushing until the last kilometers until until the last meters of this race. She never let it go. Never. Never. Everything she can take, she’s taking it. It’s incredible. She wants to finish this bike race, doesn’t she? Knowing that she has emptied the tank completely. And that is exactly what she’s doing here. She’s only ever won one stage race in her life. That was in 2014. Beer. She is just a phenomenal athlete to be able to execute this plan and say and put herself on the line. I’m coming back to win the tour of France Favic Zift when she was a young girl wishing she was a boy because she wanted the opportunity to do this. Winning the Olympics in Paris only 12 months ago in a different discipline. Par rub as well. She’s going to become the first person, male or female, to win Rube and the Tour of France in the same year. So coming up towards the summit, we got one. She’s looking for that Flam Rouge now with one kilometer to go and Damian Volerin, Cassie Nevia Doma, and Neve Fisher Black. It’s going to be second place, you would say, for them today because Pauline Faron Provo is on a charge at the head of the race. Juliet Laboose is at a minute and 24 seconds. It is going to be a huge moment, an iconic moment as we head up towards here in Chhatel. Leaport do sole and Pauline Faron provoke in the Myiojon wearing with the heels with the toes with everything. She she still has she’s in pain. It’s it’s just, you know, burning into all her body, but with the adrenaline and she knows she made it. She she made it. She It’s It’s just the the the cherry on the cake to win this uh this stage. And she she’s exceptional. Number 51 is the most successful number ever in the history of the Tour to France. It is the most iconic number. has won the tour more times than any other number. She had that she didn’t know the history, the prestige of having number 51 when she came into this race. I guess now she she she knows it and she’s going to believe in it and we all believe in it even more than before. I think she is indeed and you can see the effort and you will feel that emotion um for Pauline Farane Provo as she heads up here towards uh the finish and this moment and this is what you want to be able to do in terms of enjoying this run up towards the finish. What a rider she has been in this race. Pauline Feron Provo 15 times she has worn the rainbow jersey of the world champion in her career. Last summer it was the mountain bike gold medal. She said in interviews before she came into last year she was looking to to to perhaps walk away from the sport. She then decided she was going to come back and look to try and win the tour to France fam within 3 years. And she has come back in this race and stomped her authority over the rest of the field in this one. You can see the effort. You can feel the emotion now of this ride. Cassie, last year’s winner, Damy following the 2023 champion. And then the New Zealander, Ne Fisher Black, riding herself back up the general classification in this race. They are now just ticking off the meters this race. The tour to France fam axif nine stages 1,168.6 km 17,240 m of elevation. It is going to be not one stage win but two stage wins. Remember this moment. This has been a seismic shift in women’s cycling with Pauline Feron Bravo coming back to this race. We called her the queen of the queen stage yesterday. They said in the the papers this morning on Lake Keep they called her a queen and France one of the darlings of French cycling, one of the greatest cyclists of all time. comes home here in the Tour to France fam. Am Swift wearing the yellow jersey. One of the most, if not the most iconic jersey in sport. What a moment. We will remember this for years to come. A true champion. What a warrior. What a moment. Sit up. Take the applause. Soak it all in. Pauline Faron Provo is the stage winner on stage nine. But crossing the line in Mayon Viva France Aline they have said all day long and Pauline for Provo has delivered for France. behind her. Dam Bering comes home for second place on the stage. It will be second on GC. Nvia Dome crosses the line in third. Ne Fisher Black in fourth. Absolutely exhausted. She’s an icon of cycling. And Pauline Feron Provo elevates herself to an even higher status. If that is possible, what a ride from the team Vizmissa bike rider Pauline Veron Provo can add the tour to France fam Havoc Swift to her glittering Palz at her first attempt.

Pauline Ferrand-Prevot is the GOAT of woman's cycling….she comes back to the road after years away dominating MTB and totally destroys the so called big guns with just incredible attacks and determination….she is just immense 😎
Congrats PFP!
It would have been expected in PFP & Vollerings performances and teams were reversed. New world order in women’s world cycling!
Sit up and be humble! A True Queen!
Stunning performance by this young lady! 👋👋👋👋
Before that Tour, it was: Dutch, Dutch, Dutch, Belgian, Dutch… and then last four stages for the French. What is going on?

Prevosts’ year
Why miss out the decisive move from 7 kms to go?
Bravo and thank you, Pauline! 👍👏👏👏
For those who have been following Queen Pauline for a long time, when you see her gaunt and thin face, even compared to her dominant days in mountain biking, you can imagine the work, effort, and enormous sacrifices she made before her return to the road and this 2025 Tour, training, as she said, mainly in the high mountains! O_o But hey, you get nothing for nothing, especially at such a high world level, even if your name is Pauline Ferrand-Prévot!
She deserves to be able to let loose now and enjoy a good meal! ^^
Absolutely awesome. What a role model for everyone who wants to achieve greatness. I wouldn’t put it past her to take up BMX in a bid to add another rainbow jersey! Astounding xxx
The way she is sitting on the bike, the way she is pedaling, it doesn't look right, but it seems to work anyway.
It's just nice seeing someone challenging the Dutch riders. Not that i don't like the Netherlands, but they have been so dominant it's nice seeing someone other riders win. French and the Australian who died a little today but she can be proud of her tour too.
THE QUEEN ! TAKE A BOW PAULINE YOU ARE THE GREATEST
Wow it's phenomenal back in pro sport. Absolutely congratulations 🎉🎉

Eddie Merckx won the Paris–Roubaix and Tour de France in 1970
POGLIKE!!!
Fantastic news for French cycling, hosts of the best events in the world. Their waiting was rather like us in the UK waiting for a Wimbledon champion until Andy Murray turned up. Viva Pauline🎉

Absolute LEGEND! Proud to be a French cyclist!!
As if a new comer had been defeating Pocacar and Vingegaard. Indeed, second and third won two preceding Tours
