I bought a used roadlite:on 7 and for some reason the left side of my trousers are getting stains and streaks of oil / oil mixed with dirt when riding it. I will attach a picture to this post. Apparently it must be from some part of the wheels or brakes on the left side but I haven‘t found anything about this… This is after a series of smaller rides with the bike, it‘s only small amounts of mud / oil per ride. I hope someone knows something or had sth similar!

When was the chain and cassette last cleaned?
On the outside of the trousers, both slightly on the front and slightly on the back. Almost Impossible that this is from your bike/wheels, then your front or back would be much dirtier on the inside.l if it was splashed up. Didn’t you rather wipe your hands on your pants and touch pedals, chain or anything else from the bike before or you lifted the bike and leaning it to your leg?
